Our Vision – “Building Bridges to a Great Life With Christ”

 New Joy Church is about helping people discover “A Great Life with Christ!”  Our vision is to enable every individual to bridge over into a loving, life-changing relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ.   At New Joy we believe there are four pillars supporting a bridged life to Christ:   

WORD – We faithfully preach and teach the life-changing WORD of God.  Hearing, believing and acting upon the Word of God is paramount to a changed life.  The Apostle Paul exhorted, “Faithfully hold out the word of life.” Philippians 2:16 

 WORSHIP – A Great life with Christ involves a life worshipping God.  Both corporately and individually we are to as Romans 12:1-2 exhorts us, “Offer our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God.”  All of life should be an act of worship to God.

 WARMTH – Everyone needs relationships where they can do life together with others.  Warmth is about discovering and connecting with people where you are loved, cared for, held accountable and you can grow in faith.  “We ought to lay down our lives for our brothers…and love with actions and in truth.” 1 John 3: 16, 18

 WITNESS – A bridged life to Christ is a changed life, which exudes a testimony to others of that change.  The witness of Christ’s love in everyday happenings should be a normal, vital occurrence to see other lives changed as well.  “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors.” 2 Corinthians 5:20
